01. Discovery
Enquire below and we can arrange a free, no-pressure discovery call to chat through your needs. You will also be asked to fill out a questionnaire to get more details so we can ensure a perfect fit.
02. Onboarding
I’ll send a proposal after our initial call to outline the scope and cost. Once accepted, you will be sent the design agreement to sign and an invoice for the deposit (50% of total cost).
03. Design
Once the agreement has been signed and invoice settled, we move into the best part - the design phase! I’ll start with the creative direction before developing and refining.

Absolutely! Packages are flexible. We can combine elements or add à la carte services to create the perfect fit for your business goals and story.

I’ll never design just one logo - I create a logo suite that usually includes a primary logo, secondary logo and submark logo. Because every lead needs supporting characters!

Each package includes 2 free rounds of revisions so we can tweak everything until it feels just right. If you need additional changes after that, charge these at an hourly rate or add on extra revision rounds.

Yes - a 50% deposit secures your spot and kicks off the project. The rest is due upon completion, so you know exactly what to expect. Payment plans can be arranged.

Yes - if you’re into keeping things consistent, retainers are for you.
A monthly retainer gives you ongoing design support without the back-and-forth of one-off quotes.

You don’t need a perfectly formed brief or all the answers. My job is to help you untangle what’s in your head, ask the right questions, and guide you towards the right level of support for where your business is right now.
